By purchasing a ticket and attending any event hosted by The Picnic Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk:

Attendance at our events involves outdoor activities, live music, food, and alcohol. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure the safety of all guests, risks cannot be fully eliminated. The Picnic Club, its organizers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death occurring during or as a result of attendance at our events.

Personal Responsibility:

Guests are responsible for their own actions and must exercise caution, particularly when consuming alcohol or participating in event activities. Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision of minors in their care.

Right of Admission:

The Picnic Club reserves the right of admission. We may remove any attendee from the premises if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of event rules.

No Refunds for Removal:

Should removal occur, tickets, food, and drink purchases will not be refunded.

Prohibited Itemst:

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are strictly prohibited:

   – Weapons of any kind

   – Illegal substances

   – Animals (except certified service animals where legally permitted)

   – Coolers

   – Outside food and drinks
